This Privacy Policy explains how Igor Koznin ("Developer", "we", "us") handles information in the Drawler mobile application ("App") available on iOS and Android. We are committed to protecting your privacy and collecting as little data as possible.
1. Information We Collect
Stored locally on your device only:
- Your drawings and photos taken within the App.
- Favorites list and lesson progress.
- App preferences (e.g. notifications on/off).
This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.
Collected automatically for app stability:
Firebase Crashlytics (both iOS and Android) — anonymous crash reports including device model, OS version, and stack trace. Used solely to fix bugs. No personal data is included.
Collected for analytics (Android only):
Firebase Analytics — anonymous usage statistics such as screens opened and session duration. Used to improve the App. No personally identifiable information is collected.
For push notifications (both platforms):
Firebase Cloud Messaging — a device token used to deliver push notifications about new content. We do not use this token to identify you personally.
For in-app purchases:
Subscription transactions are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive or store your payment information.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information described above solely to:
- Fix crashes and improve app stability.
- Deliver push notifications you have opted into.
- Understand how the App is used in aggregate (Android only).
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating and improving the App.
3. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
- Firebase Crashlytics — crash reporting (Google LLC)
- Firebase Analytics — usage analytics, Android only (Google LLC)
- Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notifications (Google LLC)
- Cloudflare R2 — content delivery: images and lessons (Cloudflare, Inc.)
- Apple App Store — subscription payments, iOS (Apple Inc.)
- Google Play — one-time in-app purchases, Android (Google LLC)

4. Children's Privacy
Drawler is designed for children and is listed in the Kids category on the App Store (iOS) and as a Children's app on Google Play (Android). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App does not require account registration, does not include social features, and does not display advertising. Firebase services used in the App are configured without advertising identifiers.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, except as required by law or as described in Section 3 (third-party services used to operate the App).
6. Data Retention
Locally stored data (drawings, progress) remains on your device until you delete the App. Anonymous crash and analytics data is retained by Google according to their data retention policies.
7. Your Rights
Since we do not collect personal data tied to your identity, there is no account to delete. All user-generated content (drawings) is stored locally on your device and can be deleted at any time by removing the App. If you have questions about your data, contact us at support@orkoapps.com.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
